All Elite products has the following period of warranty from manufacturing defects:-

I) Charging and inverting electronic board - One year
2) Rechargeable NICD & NIMH Battery - One Year
3) Sealed Lead Acid Battery (SLA) - Three Months

Tubes, bulbs, ballast and fuses do not have any warranty as these are considered as consumables.

Please contact us for a warranty authorization number (WAN) before shipping to us. Warranty Claims without a WAN would not be entertained. 

All warranty must be sent to us shipping prepaid.

We will repair and return all warranty claims within 7 working days.

Our warranty does not cover:

1) damages caused by incompetent installation such as incorrect voltages or wiring connections.

2) damages caused by outdoor installation as our products are IP20 which is for internal use only.

3) damages caused by installation at extreme temperature condition below 10 or above 40 degree Celsius.

4) damages caused by storage for a period of longer than three months without installation.

4) damages caused by act of god such as lighting, flood and all other calamities.

5) damages caused by dropping or knocking

6) damages caused by tempering or once the warranty seal is damaged.
