Return Policy
We do not refund or accept returns on items that are perceived as not meeting "customer's personal quality expectations", such as perfection or overly immaculate expectations. We cannot guarantee on workmanship of the items that do not meet customer's personal opinion and expectation because there is no means for our products to be closely inspected by customers prior to purchase. Therefore if customers agree to make purchases online, they have agreed on our quality inspection criteria.

Cancellation Policy
We do not entertain cancellation for items that are already shipped. However, in the event that your cancellation takes place before your items are shipped, a fee of 8% or USD10  whichever is higher will be imposed for credit card transaction and our forwarder's handling charges.
